How can I order prescription glasses? If you would like prescription glasses, simply place your order for the desired frame, then send your eye test results (prescription) to the following email address: info@lumeresta.com. We will then craft your custom lenses based on the prescription provided.

I forgot to send my prescription, what should I do? No worries! Please contact us at info@lumeresta.com and attach your prescription, making sure to include your order ID.

Is it possible to return the product? Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all non-customized products. Please note that this does not apply to custom-made items (e.g., prescription lenses).
